Affiliated having a med college != University Health-related Center other than in name. Hofstra's not truly a study university so I doubt it's going to actually make any substantial impact on faculty recruitment. And it is not like there aren't med students at NS/LIJ as it is. College students from NYU, Einstein and SUNY-Downstate all rotate there so I am not certain simply how much different items will be for citizens there.Surgical Weight Loss Tips
Do not get me incorrect, I believe it's a good idea to open a lot more US MD colleges and NS/LIJ is a really great hospital program. I just believe that you might be gonna be disappointed when the rainbows do not appear on the wards the day the med college opens. The affect it will have on you as being a medication resident is going to be minimum to nonexistent. Aside from students rotating on clerkships, I hardly noticed the (96 12 months previous) med college at my residency system.
